1. To notify the Registrar providing the support of your domains about your decision to transfer the domains to SALENAMES (the form of notification is settled by Registrar). The current Registrar should perform action necessary for domain transfer and notify thereon SALENAMES Ltd.

2. Place a request for domain receipt in the personal account.
To place a request through the personal account the Administrator should perform following actions:
- authorize in the personal account
- go to the section Domains → Accept from another Registrar  → Add domain(s) name for transfer from another Registrar.
- specify the domain names to be transferred. 
- select the Administrator (on default the contract holder can see his nic-hdl), to verify the specified data.

In case of coincident of Administrator data specified in SALENAMES data base and Administrator data by previous Registrar domain will be taken into SALENAMES base automatically. 

Otherwise the request will be sent for manual processing, about its results you will be notified by e-mail.

For domain transfer, upon written application, the registrant should provide SALENAMES following documents:

From a legal entity:
- Letter to SALENAMES with request to accept the domains for maintenance -
- Copy of the Certificate of Entry about the legal entity in the Unified state register of legal entities (OGRN Certificate);

From individuals and sole trader:
- Letter to SALENAMES with request to accept the domains for maintenance -
- Copy of the passport (first two pages and a page with stamp of permanent registration).

The conditions under which the transmittal of information support about a domain name between registrars is not performed:
- Expired domain name registration;
- In respect of the domain name there are trial or pre-trial restrictions;
- If the Registrar providing the domain support was requested from the Administrator additional information which was not provided within the prescribed period.

6. SALENAMES initiates a change of Registrar in the registry. The transfer process will be completed automatically within 5 calendar days.

The conditions under which Registrar change is impossible:
- Expired domain name registration;
- In respect of the domain name there are trial or pre-trial restrictions;
- If the Registrar providing the domain support requested from the Administrator additional information which was not provided within the prescribed period;
- It has been less than 30 days from the date of receipt by the Administrator of administration rights from another person;
- It has been less than 30 days from the date of the change of the Registrar providing the domain name support.

*The AuthInfo-code (transfer code) is used for protection from the unauthorized Registrar change. By the Registrar change the AuthInfo-code must be reported to the Registrar who will get the domain. Without the transfer code or with the incorrect code the registry will reject the request for a new Registrar to transfer the domain.
The validity of the AuthInfo-code is 20 calendar days.

To transfer the domains .RU, .РФ from SALENAMES to another Registrar, Administrator needs:

1. To make sure that his data is verified by the Registrar: in this case in the personal account in section "Domain Administrators" in detailed information in the administrator field "Information verified" is set "Yes".
If the data is not verified there must be provided copies of supporting documents.

2. To make application for getting a transfer code (AuthInfo-code)* of a domain in the personal account in section «Domains» by one of the following ways:
- if required to get the transfer code for one domain it’s necessary to click on the domain name and in block «Tools» follow the link - «Transfer code»; 
- if required to get the transfer code for multiple domains select the domains from the list by ticking a mark, then select the group operation "Apply for issuance of transfer code", click "Run".
When making a request needed to verify the accuracy of the Administrator’s data required for the procedure of the Registrar change:
- The e-mail of the domain Administrator
-  The phone number of the domain Administrator.
On default this information is taken from the registration data of the domain Administrator: "email address" and "phone number". The domain Administrator can change this information before submitting an application for issue of the transfer code. If the Administrator has got already existing applications for receiving a transfer code or a valid issued transfer code, the change of the e-mail and phone number of the domain Administrator designated for the Registrar change is prohibited.

3. To select one of the ways to obtain the transfer code:

The domain Administrator needs to come to the office of the Registrar SALENAMES within 3 working days from the date of registration of the application and to get a code.
To receive the transfer code in the office the Administrator of the domain should have the following documents:

The representative of the legal entity:
- The head of a legal entity needs to have a passport close at hand;
 - The corporate representative who is not a head of a legal entity needs to have therewith a passport and a power of attorney to perform all actions required in connection with the transfer of domain names to another Registrar;

Please note! It is necessary to confirm the application for receipt of the transfer code for the domain within 3 working days.

After confirmation of the request there will be automatically generated the transfer code.

4. To see the transfer code (AuthInfo-code) is possible in the personal account in the section «Domains»: click on your domain name and in the section "Tools" select "Show the transfer code".

5. To contact the new Registrar to start the procedure of Registrar change in the Registry reported him the transfer code (AuthInfo code) of domain.

The conditions under which Registrar change is impossible:
- Expired domain name registration;
- In respect of the domain name there are trial or pre-trial restrictions;

In this case, the IP addresses need not be contiguous. For example, if one server has an address 213.156.192.1, another server should not be located in the network 213.156.192., that is, should not be 213.156.192.xxx.

DNS (Domain Name System, domain name system) — a hierarchical, distributed in network database system that provides Internet users an additional service (technically implemented on computers — DNS servers are running special software) by automatically translating queries, decorated in the human readable text format (for example, www.test.ru) in the numeric IP address of the computer (for example, 123.123.123.123), where is the desired resource.

the DNS Hierarchy often present in a tree structure. In the tree is the root domain ’ s." (root), followed by the top-level domains is the TLD (top level domains).

For top-level domains is not fixed any IP addresses, they are designed to create  (in their area) domains of the second level with and then fixing the them IP addresses.

For domains .EN and .The RF simultaneous change of Registrar and administrator is prohibited. To change the domain administrator is possible after 30 calendar days since the last change of the Registrar, provided that it is not expired domain name registration. For domains .SU simultaneous change of Registrar and administrator is made.

Для упрощенной смены администратора передающей стороне необходимо один раз оформить и передать в SALENAMES следующие документы:

для физических лиц и ИП:
1. Нотариально заверенное заявление
Подпись в заявлении должна быть заверена нотариально (не обязательно только в том случае, если администратор домена подписывает письмо в офисе компании SALENAMES с предъявлением паспорта).
2. Копию паспорта (первый разворот и страница со штампом о постоянной регистрации).

для юридических лиц:
1. Нотариально заверенное заявление
Заявление юридического лица должно быть заверено подписью единоличного исполнительного органа (Генерального директора, Директора, Председателя правления и т.п.) и печатью организации. Упрощенная смена Администратора не производится на основании заявления, подписанного представителем компании, действующим по доверенности.
Заявление от юридического лица в обязательном порядке должно быть заверено нотариально. 
2. Копии подтверждающих документов.

Если заявление уже оформлено, то для передачи прав необходимо:
1. Передающей стороне направить  запрос с контактного электронного адреса на mailbox<собачка>salenames.ru о передаче прав на доменное имя. В запросе необходимо указать домен(ы), ник-хэндл и номер договора нового администратора.
2. В течение одного рабочего дня на мобильный телефон, указанный в заявлении, будет направлено sms c кодом для подтверждения смены администратора,  а также будет направлено уведомление на контактный электронный адрес об отправке кода. Полученный в sms код необходимо будет сообщить в ответном письме.
3. После получения подтверждения запрос на передачу прав на домен(ы) будет обработан.

Для приема прав на домен новому Администратору необходимо:
- Авторизоваться в личном кабинете, используя логин или nic-hdl Администратора домена.
- Зайти в раздел «Домены».
- Сверху в блоке «Инструменты» выбрать «Принять с другого договора».
- Далее следовать пошаговой инструкции.
- Домен будет доступен в личном кабинете принимающего права Администратора после обработки задания в очереди.

Условия, при которых передача домена не осуществляется
Передача прав на домены .RU, .SU, .РФ не может быть произведена в следующих случаях:
- Прошло менее 30 дней с момента получения Администратором права администрирования от другого лица.
- Прошло менее 30 дней с момента смены Регистратора, осуществляющего поддержку доменного имени.
- Прошло менее 30 дней с момента регистрации освобождающегося домена.
- Истек срок регистрации домена .RU, .РФ или .SU.
- Прошло менее 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней после получения Администратором домена прав администрирования домена .SU в результате передачи прав от другого лица, либо смены Регистратора.
- Доменное имя включено в стоп-лист.
- Документы на передачу доменного имени неверно оформлены или комплект документов неполон.
- Передающая или принимающая сторона не представила подтверждающие документы.
- Регистратор SALENAMES запрашивал у Администратора домена дополнительные сведения и таковые не были предоставлены в установленный срок.
-  В отношении домена ведется судебное разбирательство и на действия с доменом установлены ограничения, предусмотренные Правилами регистрации доменных имен в доменах .RU и .РФ; а также Правилами регистрации доменных имен в домене .SU.

Обращаем ваше внимание на то, что:
- Регистратор оставляет за собой право приостановить обработку заявок на упрощенную смену Администратора, а также запросить любые дополнительные документы при наличии сомнений в достоверности предоставляемой информации, либо при получении сведений об утрате Заявителем авторизационной информации.
- Регистратор вправе по своему усмотрению отложить передачу доменного имени на срок до 30 (тридцати) календарных дней.
- У нерезидента РФ Регистратор вправе запросить нотариальный перевод паспорта на русский язык.
